Young men socializing in a living space
Online Mentorship Community

A Place to Launch.

The Autism Fraternity is an online mentorship community for neurodiverse young men building independent & meaningful lives.

What We Do

Our Program

Growing up is hard. For young men with autism, it can feel impossible without the right structure and community around them. The Autism Fraternity fills that gap.

We offer online mentorship, coaching, and community β€” where members don't just connect, they actively build toward independence. That means learning to cook, managing a budget, keeping a schedule, and showing up for themselves every day.

Our Story

Our Founder

Fritz Johnson knows what it's like to be a young man with autism who doesn't quite know how to get started in life.

At 18, Fritz entered a program similar to The Autism Fraternity β€” a structured living environment built around community, accountability, and growth. It changed his life. He learned practical skills, built real friendships, gained confidence, and β€” crucially β€” he launched into adulthood on his own terms.

That experience left a lasting impression. Fritz built a full, independent life β€” and never stopped thinking about the young men who didn't have access to the same kind of opportunity he did.

The Autism Fraternity is his answer to that question. It's built from lived experience, not theory β€” and designed to give the next generation of young neurodiverse men the same chance he was given.

Make an Impact

Support the Project

We're building an online mentorship community for neurodiverse young men β€” and we need your help to make it happen.

There are very few interventions that do as much good for neurodiverse young people at such a critical moment in their lives. The research is clear: structured community and mentorship dramatically improve long-term outcomes for adults with autism spectrum disorder.

Young men thriving in a community

β€œMentorship and structured community represent one of the highest-leverage investments we can make in the wellbeing of autistic adults. The period between 18 and 25 is often make-or-break β€” and most environments offer these young people nothing they need to succeed.”
